Speed is calibrated against your script's actual word count, not a generic scroll speed — 150 WPM means 150 WPM, every time.
Every take starts with a countdown so you're framed and ready. A separate countdown button lets you re-arm a retake from wherever you are.
Lay a tablet flat under a mirror-glass reflector and the picture flips on its own axis. CuePace has a dedicated Flip toggle built for exactly that, not a generic mirror.
Paste plain text and it's broken into readable beats automatically — no manual line breaks, no formatting homework before a shoot.
Scripts sync to your account — sign in on any device and every script, folder, and pinned "Up Next" script is right there.
The screen won't lock mid-take, and the control bar stays fixed while the script scrolls — a fix built after it broke a real recording session.
